at every stage of their career. As a former Major Airline Hiring
Manager, Kathy Sweeney interviewed hundreds of pilot candidates.
In our interview coaching sessions, Ms. Sweeney will train you to answer general, situational, and behavioral
interview questions. These are the questions that will make or break
you in the interview process.
Then she asks you sample questions,
critiques your answers and helps you to avoid pitfalls. In addition,
she maintains knowledge of current airline interview practices,
including the LOI (Line-Oriented Interview) being used at Southwest
Airlines.
We have conducted interview prep for all major and
regional airlines, including Southwest, Jet Blue, Air Tran, UPS,
Fedex, Continental, and Skywest. In addition we have conducted interview
prep for corporate flight departments and Part 135 operations.
