This individual came to us after he was laid off from his airline job following the 9/11 attacks. He was unable to secure a position in the airline industry as no companies were hiring pilots. Our challenge was to tranfer his skills from his airline and military career into business, management and training abilities. The initial resume he sent us had no detail at all, so we started from the ground up, building his resume on his obvious strengths gained in his military career.
